General Detailing Questions
Auto detailing is a deep cleaning, restoration, and protection process for both the interior and exterior of your vehicle. It goes far beyond a regular car wash by safely cleaning, correcting, and preserving surfaces to keep your vehicle looking its best.
Time varies by service and vehicle condition.
- Basic hand wash: ~30–45 minutes
- Interior or exterior detail: 1.5–3 hours
- Full detail packages: 3–6+ hours
We’ll give you a realistic time estimate before starting.
In-Shop Detailing
In-shop detailing allows for:
- Controlled lighting for better results
- Access to professional equipment and power
- Better conditions for coatings, PPF, and wraps
This is the best option for higher-end services and long-term protection.
We are located at 2681 NY-17M, Goshen, NY.
Clear directions and parking are available upon arrival.
Mobile Detailing
Mobile detailing means we come to your home or workplace to service your vehicle on-site, using our own professional equipment and products.
Typically:
- Access to water and electricity (preferred but not always required)
- Adequate space around the vehicle
We’ll confirm all requirements when booking.
Mobile detailing is excellent for maintenance and convenience. However, services like paint correction, ceramic coatings, PPF, and vinyl wraps are best performed in-shop for optimal results.
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
PPF is a clear, durable urethane film applied to painted surfaces to protect against rock chips, scratches, road debris, and environmental damage.
Common options include:
- Front bumper
- Hood (partial or full)
- Fenders
- Mirrors
- Headlights
- Full vehicle coverage
Coverage can be customized based on your needs and budget.
High-quality PPF typically lasts 5–10 years, depending on care and driving conditions.
When professionally installed, PPF is virtually invisible and preserves the original appearance of your paint.
Ceramic Coatings
A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your vehicle’s exterior that chemically bonds with the paint, creating a long-lasting protective layer.
- Enhanced gloss and depth
- Hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties
- Easier maintenance and cleaning
- Protection against UV rays and contaminants
Yes. Ceramic coatings last significantly longer than wax and provide superior protection.
Depending on the product and maintenance, coatings can last 1–5+ years.
Ceramic Window Tint
Ceramic window tint uses advanced nano-ceramic technology to block heat and UV rays without interfering with electronics or visibility.
- Superior heat rejection
- UV protection for interior and skin
- Reduced glare
- No signal interference
- Cleaner, clearer appearance
Not necessarily. Ceramic tint can be very light while still providing excellent heat rejection.
Tint laws vary by state. We help you choose a film that complies with New York State regulations.
